perceiving the ordinary as extraordinary

our brains filter out a lot of sensory data

so that we don’t get over stimulated by the feed

you have the ability to slow down and tune in

when standing, notice the weight distribution in your feet

when sitting, what is your spine saying?

these small postural patterns lead to chronic bodily impressions over time

seemingly small mundane things greatly influence our lives

to hold a beginner’s mind opens potential for curiosity

to see subtle details that would be missed otherwise

i delight in creating experiences for others

even if the work seems small and mundane

being detail oriented is finding fascination with the ordinary
